Background
A local architect contacted the design group at Ball Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. to provide a comfort system for a 9000 square foot custom home.  The customer requested the most efficient, reliable and easy to operate system on the market.

Job Specs
We engineered a system built around the Trane XL heat pump products. Because of our humid climate and high design temperatures,  the two-speed XL 1800 systems were installed in the main living areas.  These systems have variable indoor airflow capability and utilize two compressors outside to provide the highest efficiency rating in the industry.  In the basement of this home a gym and sauna area have their own dehumidifier to handle the extreme moisture generated.  All systems are equipped with electronic air cleaners to supply 95% filtered air.

Benefits
This home has the highest energy efficient equipment on the market today.  With proper installation and maintenance the system will provide perfect, reliable comfort at the lowest energy cost.

For many years Ball Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.  has provided high quality service and installation for all of South Mississippi.  Many customers have us change out their systems but most customers benefit from our regular maintenance program.  This program helps equipment perform efficiently and last longer.
The above unit was installed in 1967 and still maintains reliable comfort for this home.  TheTrane units we install today are built from the original design that made this unit last 33 years.

Ball Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. can help you maintain your system, repair any breakdowns or provide a quality change out or new construction system.
